Cuernavaca and Taxco

Full Day Trip from 130 USD

Cuernavaca is the city of eternal spring, where flowers don't fade all year long. It’s one of the most beautiful cities in the colonial style. Hernán Cortés chose this city as his residence. You can visit his palace (now – the Museum). Cuernavaca is also famous for the Franciscan monastery, one of the first religious orders in New Spain. This city still retains the status of a prestigious place for affluent México City residents.

Then you will make a fascinating journey through the serpentine road to Taxco. You’ll enjoy the beautiful, amazing mountainous nature of México.

Taxco is the silver capital. A colonial style city of the XVI century, with the typical cobbled streets and whitewashed houses with red-tiled roofs. Thanks to the silver mines, a small town reached an unprecedented prosperity. In Taxco you’ll visit the town square, the church of Santa Prisca, and a silver shop, where you’ll get acquainted with the technology of manufacturing silver jewelry. You will have the opportunity to enjoy Mexican cuisine in a small restaurant with a veranda and enjoy the splendid evening view of the city.

The moments spent in México, will be an unforgettable experience.
